Digitizing communities in the future is something that Chris Smedley is passionate about, and what his organization is focused on.
The goal of Digital Habitats is to transform sustainable urban development by creating fully autonomous Digital Cities of the future, including digital design and engineering to custom craft resilient cities on land, sea, air, and space. Their structures, infrastructure and transportation solutions are designed to provide low carbon, self-managing communities with abundant resources and high resilience to climate change and disasters, both natural and man-made.
In this MYD Global episode I speak with Chris Smedley, CXO of Digital Habitats about the challenges and opportunities he sees for urban development in the future. In particular, how the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) are shaping some of this activity locally and globally.
